Setting limits & sticking to them while gambling is essential for maintaining control and ensuring a positive experience. Here are some practical steps:

  • Define Clear Limits - Both Financial Limits and Time Limits. Decide on a specific amount of money you can afford to spend or lose before gambling and/or set a maximum amount of time you will spend gambling in one session.
