Qualifiers for the English Open today with the actual event starting on Monday. Now the big money event of the Saudi Masters is out the way this is kind of the start of the "normal season", I suppose. This event is one of four events throughout the season, of the Home Nations Series. Along with the Scottish Open, Welsh Open and N.Ireland Open.

I'll take a 2pt double in the 9 am matches. Initially, I thought Pullen was great value but then looking at how both have played under a professional season having both qualified through Q-School, it's been opposite form. Kowalski seems to be playing the better snooker and scoring much better than Pullen. Lines has also scored well recently and Id have him over Thor, who hasn't been that great at the start of the new season.
