settlement of each way trixie but one of races was reduced to paying win only due to amount of NR's

Hi all, after your opinions as I had an e/w trixie bet today. Luckily the 14/1 and 9/1 both came 1st, the other lost. My bet was at £2 e/w (total £16) placed yesterday at that time places were all at 1-3,1/5 odds). What is the maths / return calculation settlement if the 14/1 winner had a 45% rule 4 and the complication is that this race only paid win only (ie no place betting allowed) on this race due to all the non runners? Thanks

First take was £170.60, second was £211.20.

First is based on the place part becoming void second is it becoming win only (so the place return from the other horse goes to the win on the second). I think the latter is more likely. Anywhere near? (This assumes I’ve accounted for the R4 correctly!)
