Not a good first experience

Just played my first hands tonight on a Betfred sit n go, playing nice and tight, waiting for the hands to come. Anyways I get pocket AK, raise preflop I'm thinking I could get a nice size pot. Then Crash table froze, can't get back in. Cheers for making my first poker experience a great one Betfred

Re: Not a good first experience I can't say exactly, but I'm certain you'll get at least your tourney fee refunded. I have a soft spot for BetFred as it's my first :o, but these breakdowns can last all night at worst. But if YOU notice a problem and try and warn them, "It's your PC, not us." :spank

Re: Not a good first experience I just wanted to add this kind of thing happens on almost all(?) of the poker sites at one time or another. I noticed PR on the final table in SO dollar up slagging their software, "bollox software" I think to be exact. Some give some sort of compensation in the form of a special tourney-although BetFred had the audacity to charge an entry+fee for theirs.
