They claim that you 'own' a share, but in actual fact it is the Trust which always owns the shares-you are just made a beneficiary of the trust, which I think is different. I'm generally sceptical of gimmicks, and I think thats what this is, but also a misleading one, because yiou are lead to believe you are working towards a %age stake in the company on one hand, but on the other it says you are working towards a share of the Trusts' profits. Watch out for some outfit calling themselves the Poker Investment Group. Oddjack are rightly sceptical. There's also some weird 'poker sponsorship' which appear to operate on the same prinicpal who are going round various poker forums trying to recruit players.
