It seems that Paypal was taken over at some point by ebay, and since this time they have not allowed paypal to be used for gaming transactions...... After that you could arrange for them to draw it out into hard cash and hand it over or maybe have them transfer it into your poker account (as long as you trust them) IMPORTANT - When transferring money with PayPal make sure you don't call it "Gambling" or "Poker" or anything like that as a mate of mine used PayPal for making / paying / getting betting money and was giving them titles like this. PayPal found this out and suspended his account Thought - I think some poker sites (unsure which) allow you to transfer chips / money etc from one user to another.
