Stable Vists

Has many members on the forum done stable vists before covid.

Ive done plenty but this one sticks out.

I lived in East Sussex at the time and drove all the way up to Lenny Lungo stable  in Scotland as he was my favourite trainer.

I  left at 3 in the morning got there by 10 o clock spent a few hours there had a chat with lenny and when i told him where i had driven from,he told me to back his horse in the bumper at Carlisle.

 He said it would go very close and pay my petrol expenses.

The Horse was called The Bajan Bandit and it won 5/2 i never forget that day

I follow his son in law now James Tate who trainers at Newmarket which is just over 1 hours drive away from me.
