Tennis retirement rules

A betting site changed its tennis rules from void all bets to 1 set rule without informing me.
It says in there terms and conditions that they are meant to notify you of any rule change.
Where do i stand with making a complaint?

I would never have use the site if i knew they changed to 1 set rule i only use sites with void all bets on retirement.

What site was it? Some are intentionally vague, for example go look at Paddypower for rules on  retirements for total games and handicap bets, complete grey area. Probably so they can grade losers and void winners whenever possible
