It says in there terms and conditions that they are meant to notify you of any rule change. Where do i stand with making a complaint? I would never have use the site if i knew they changed to 1 set rule i only use sites with void all bets on retirement. all help appreciated. Some are intentionally vague, for example go look at Paddypower for rules on retirements for total games and handicap bets, complete grey area. KJMC Posted September 4, 2016 Author Share Posted September 4, 2016 hi the site is paddy power they used to void all match bets on retirement, now they have a first set rule. they told me they changed the rules in may i did not get no notice of change of rules, it says in there terms of contact that any changes will be given notice. when i joined i clearly read the terms and rules. all other betting sites i use tell you when they change the terms and ask you to confirm you agree to them. surely this is a breach of contract.
