Decent sprinter at his best but on a long losing run and now been given a first rate chance by the handicapper. He last won back in 2014 but that was here at Thirsk off a mark of 90, he runs today off 76 which tells you how much he has slipped. Last time he came down to this sort of mark he went close at Doncaster a couple of months ago and he will be ok on the soft ground, so all in all he looks a big price to me.

Frankie Dettori has been booked by trainer John Quinn here and the combination looks to have a cracking chance of landing the last race at Newmarket with last time out winner Reputation. He had worn a visor on his last four starts and seemed to improve on the last three runs for sure. Had promised to win on one or two occasions but made no mistake at Leicester last time out. He carries a 6lb penalty here but if in the same mood should win again.
