jinky         98.51

ancient cross    98 .46

saxonette    98.45

ustinov      98.43

a pretty open hcap by all accounts ... ancient cross is one if those horses that pops up ....but you just dont know when .....certainly dangerous ......saxonette won the other day and escapes a penalty as a result ...but this is harder .....ustinov has been running well and has place claims also . circuitous and jinky have the strongest hand here ... both are on a par with each other and no matter which race you rate its difficult but the 12 points I got back today ill double up on those two .....should get a good run whatever happens .....

circuitous   7 pts win 7/1 lads

jinky  5pts win  10/1 will hill

7.40 Wolverhampton

Al Muheer will be a regular around the AW no doubt this season in sellers and claimers, a fair second at Chester last time out probably flattered by that result the way the race unfolded and this looks a lot tougher back on the AW and off top weight.

Gabrial The Thug won on penultimate start over CD, never got involved off revised mark around Chester when held up and could easily bounce back over a CD much more likely to suit him, although is not a regular winner and clearly unreliable.

New Stream is unexposed with just the 3 maiden runs well held in those 3 weak maidens and must step up on handicap debut but clearly could easily do that off a lowly mark.

Qaffaal steps up in trip having finished 2ndat Musselburgh last time out over 7f, he was finishing well that today so looks interesting stepping up in trip. Has form on fibresand but yet to try Tapeta.

Manolito scored in really eye catching fashion at Chelmsford 5 days ago, proably well treated under a penalty on that form however Chelmsford form doesn’t appear to be translating away from there and his overall profile suggest he isn’t the obvious sort to follow up especially over slightly further with other front runners in the field.

Red Unico looks a massive price stepping up in trip after finishing 2nd the last twice over 7f after winning at 7f on turf recently, looks in need of stamina test rather than speed. 5lb higher today having finished well clear of 3rd last time out. This race looks like it could be run to suit with a bit of pace likely which he can track, looks overpriced in this market.

1pt e/w Red Unico 14/1 VC
