Re: Sky Bet League2 - April 3rd League 2 : York City- Cheltenham Town Very briefly, long term readers will know two things, that two struggling teams meeting at this time of the season usually means goals and also that I was quite keen on City to do well this season, along with striker Jake Hyde, but the season started terribly for both and never really got any better until recently. Pre season I wrote ..... Hyde scored a lot of goals for Barnet in their relegation season and again in few appearances (he was injured) in the Conference last season, he was desperate for a return to the Football League and could be a really good and "hungry" signing. Keith Lowe, Russell Penn and Luke Summerfield were all part of a good Cheltenham Town team who should have been promoted in 2011-12, Lowe and Penn were here last season and are delighted that Summerfield has joined, central defender Lowe called the other two "the best midfield pairing in League 2". Hyde has two goals amongst six for City in their last two starts, Lowe and Summerfield have one each in those games and along with Penn, will be very motivated against their former club. Suddenly goals for City and they look to have made a good loan signing with the addition of 20 yo Shaquile Coulthirst from Tottenham, who notched the other two goals in that sequence. They have since signed Coventry City forward Shaun Miller and Bournemouth striker Josh O'Hanlonand both came off the bench to give the front two a breather last time out and now not only goals, but options. Town have a new coach in Gary Johnson, but he doesn't have a lot to work with, or had much time to turn things around and his team have conceded 7 goals in their last three starts, two of which were at home. 1.5 units "over" 2.25 goals 2.0 asian line/Sportmarket. 1 unit York City -1 ball 2.63 Pinnacle/Sportmarket Pro.....or -1 traditional handicap ( effectively -1.5) 3.30-3.60 general quote as an alternative.
