web scraping RP for dummies

I ve noticed a lot of you dont venture far from the racing forum paddock ;) As you cannot use a web query to get data from RP and cut and paste looks shite and takes an age to format Ive just posted a simple way to scrape websites so you can do whatever with the data HERE *TIP* format all the csv file as txt before loading into excel. Cell A1 Data tab Get external data from text chose file DataMiner.csv (or whatever its number DataMiner(1).csv etc ,this opens text import wizard) step 1 click next step 2 tick comma step 3 highlight each column (turns black) and click text,do this for all columns click finish. example from todays RP 7.40 Wolves Once in excel format as you need ;)
