Hi all, I've been around a while and thought I'd share my system selections with you for the new season. The matches I'll cover are from the top 5 leagues in England and the top league from Germany, France, Italy, Scotland and Spain. The selections are based on a few ratings systems I have devised that look beyond the result and worry about what happened in the match. I then compare the home and away team on these ratings for all upcoming fixtures to decide whether to bet. There is a sliding scale whereby I'll accept higher odds when it's not as strong a case for a given result. Clear as mud? The English Conference have played 6 games so the ratings are up and running for that league. I notice that the overall yield (taking into account the number of bets) for 2000-2011 (HW+AW) was over 15% :loon. For 2011-2014 it was down to 0.1% . Is there any obvious explanation for this ?
