Thomas Pieters @ 50 Betfair Impressive in the Open de Espana (2nd) and followed up with a good showing in the Nordea Masters (14th). Doesn't take a genius to see that this field is very weak and I think Pieters is one of the most talented in the field. He also hits it a long way (over 300 DD this year) which should serve well on a course measuring near on 7500 yards. Adrian Otaegui @ 55 Betfair Another who I think is among the rising talents to hit the tour this year. Hasn't had any standout results but shows signs of promise and think he's a class above in this field.

Re: Russian Open > July 24 - July 27 Tournament preview: 1pt ew S.Kjeldsen to win Russian Open 35/1 Betfred (1/4 1-5) One man who is a very straight hitter and who is just coming into a bit of form is Soren Kjeldsen. Kjeldsen has been in the doldrums for a while but he has played well in his last couple of tournaments and should be capable of competing in this field. In the Open de France a few weeks ago he led the field in driving accuracy and was sixth in greens in regulation. If he can repeat that effort from tee to green this week he could be the one to beat.
