He jumped really well from the front that day but just lacked that bit extra over the last couple of fences but he should strip fitter for the run tomorrow. He finished a creditable 6th that day and has surprisingly been dropped a further three pounds by the handicapper so he has given him a massive chance at the weights. He is also a course winner which should stand him in good stead. The value for me though is Firebird Flyer, the form of the race he won last time out has been franked five times since and he has a good claimer on board.
