Hello there.I have already reported this bug via an e-mail, but thought that I would also try here. Problem.On the Strategy & Ratings Forum I appear to have an error message code 403 - Forbidden. This is in the thread by Onemore and headed: A Football system,discussions,ideas.In his post #191 there is a spreadsheet for download which I would like to be able to carry out, this is named as EPL ratings corrected 9300.zip.Each time I try to download I get error message 403-Forbidden and unauthorized to enter.I have had no problems with other downloads here in the past.Can you advise please? Re: Access Blocked seems to work for most people, and as far as i know the setting are the same for all members, maybe you have a firewall or other blocking type of software running ? try this one :
