1.05 Navan Briar Hill 1/2 & 3.20 Navan Royal Caviar 3/10 Paddy Power Briar Hill won the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham and won very easily at Wexford a few weeks ago in his first outing over hurdles. He should have too much speed for Apache Stronghold who won well here lto beating Azorian in a good race. Royal Caviar won very easily at Fairyhouse and his trainer has a line into Desertmore Stream who was beaten out of sight by Rathvinden at Cork lto. These 2 look bombproof and are for the heavy hitters only. 10 Points Double Briar Hill 1/2 Royal Caviar 3/10 Paddy Power (1.95 almost Evs)

1.20 - Carlisle - Pineau De Re @ 15/2 BetVictor I backed this one in the Becher last weekend when he fell early, and despite the fact he's quickly switched to hurdles I still fancy him to go well tomorrow. I think he was quietly fancied for the Becher being backed in from 22's into 14 on the day and his run prior to that fall was really promising in a listed handicap over hurdles at Cheltenham. He could still be well in from a handicap mark of 136 only 1lb higher than his 4L 5th. The trip/ground holds no fear for him and at 15/2 he looks a decent price.
