Always Check Your Returns are Correct!

Placed a bet last night on Dedigout last night at odds of 5\1 but when looking at my returns today after the race was only paid at SP of 9\2. Went to live chat to query this and was told that due to Rule The World been a non-runner rule 4 of 50p had been applied. Told them that Rule The World was not quoted in the betting when I struck the bet. They then checked and settled the bet at the correct odds and also added a free bet to my account. Reason been that they had incorrectly applied the rule 4 to the bet due to an issue with the feed. I do not usually check returns but will do in future to ensure correct returns.

Re: Always Check Your Returns are Correct! Had that problem myself a couple of times but a bit strange that your problem was online as I'd have thought returns were automatically sorted. My problem has been in shops; I'm sure the correct returns must flash up on screen but there have been a couple of occasions where I've been shortchanged. I haven't let them get away with it as I'd used a bet calculator beforehand :ok
