joeblitz
5.05 Downpatrick Claragh Native 3/1 Paddy Power BOG Claragh Native has won twice at Downpatrick on this ground at this time of the year. 2nd to Rayhani at Tramore over hurdles he than ran 6th later last month behind Musak at Ballinrobe. Although he is moderate, so is the opposition. Zane Grey and Obispo have chances but the fact that he likes it around here and loves the ground, it should give him the edge. 10 Points win Claragh Native 3/1 Paddy Power BOG 5.35 Downpatrick Mackeys Forge 3/1 Boylesports BOG Another poor race with Mackeys Forge taking on the disappointing Rattan. Rattan has been well placed to win 3 races but has had his limitations exposed in better company. Of the 2 Mackeys Forge boasts the best form overall but has only managed to get his head in front once. He will never get a better opportunity than today. Stable is in form too. 10 Points win Mackeys Forge 3/1 Boylesports BOG 6.35 Downpatrick Do Na Paisti 5/1 Paddy Power BOG Do Na Paisti stepped up considerably on his earlier efforts when failing by a rapidly diminishing neck behind Vinniespride at Kilbeggan over hurdles lto. In my opinion that is the best form in the race and a similar run will win it. Alton Bay has not really progressed after 2 good opening runs and might be best overlokked today. 5 Points e/w Do Na Paisti 5/1 Paddy Power BOG
