6.30 Galway Sin Palo 7/4 Bet365 BOG Bob Lingo won the Galway Plate last year on heavy but is too inconsistent for me. He is the danger though. Your Busy is running well and is also a course and distance winner but the one to beat here is Sin Palo who ran well lto when 3rd at Tramore. He is entitled to come on for the run and in this race last year was caught on the line by Muirhead. Although Mullins does not do well at this meeting by his standards his charge is the most reliable here and the one most likely to win. 10 Points win Sin Palo 7/4 Bet365 BOG 4.30 Galway Donatis Comet 11/8 Bet365 BOG Donatis Comet let The Black Russian go at Sligo but still finished 2nd and is very consistent. He will be hard to beat here although if Parkers Mill who is having his first run over hurdles jumps he could be a thorn in his side as he finished 2nd here to Maundy Money on the flat over 7f at the festival. 10 Points win Donatis Comet 11/8 Bet365 BOG 5.00 Galway Captain Arceus 11/4 Boylesports BOG Captain Arceus was a good runner up behing Giants Quest over 20f at Bellewstown last month and should come on for that run. Hidden Cyclone is not the same force over hurdles as fences while Pirus Gold Wind won easily at the festival and is respected. 10 Points win Captain Arceus 11/4 Boylesports BOG 6.00 Galway Minella For Value 11/10 Bet365 BOG Minellq For Value won well over 20f over hurdles at Bellewstown lto and has jumped fences before. Although he doesnt have the same scope or potential as Darroun he is in form which is a major positive in the context of this race. Darroun looks the only danger but fell at halfway lto in a novice chase at Ballinrobe and is best watched as his confidence maybe somewhat dented. 10 Points win Minella For Value 11/10 Bet365 BOG 7.00 Galway Fosters Cross 3/1 Paddy Power BOG Fosters Cross who has won many times here won this last year carrying 3lbs more. He remains in form and had a run last weekend on the flat at Leopardstown. He is very much the one to beat. The danger looks to be Boxer Beat. He is also in form and would have won a hurdle at this meeting last year but for unseating at the last. Muzak has won here in the past and has a squeek too but Laganbank has too much weight and doesnt want rain. 10 points win Fosters Cross 3/1 Boylesports BOG
