19:40 Market Rasen 3m 0f Class 4 Racing UK Your Racing Home From Home Handicap Hurdle Selection: Mission Complete Mission Complete went chasing in September last year after being a consistent sort over hurdles, but he didn’t quite continue that form over the larger obstacles and only won once in 8 attempts. That win came over 3m 5f in a Class 4 event at Warwick on a mark of 107 where be battled strongly under AP McCoy to win by a neck to Reblise. He returned to the hurdles last time out when he finished 2nd in a Class 3 contest behind Man Of Leisure over 2m 7f at Worcester, again he stayed on strongly at the finish and finished only a neck behind the winner, despite not having the clearest of passages through as they approached the last fence. Maurice Linehan was on board that day and it was a good enough performance on his return to hurdles to suggest that he would be winning again soon. AP McCoy is back in the saddle today and the horse steps up in trip to the 3m distance which looks likely to suit. This race also looks easier than his task last time out considering Man Of Leisure had won a Class 2 event prior to his win at Worcester. This is a Class 4 event and he’s only 1lb higher than last time out. Conditions looks set to suit and Mission Complete can add a sixth career win to his name here. The main danger to the selection could be Beyond who was last seen on the flat at Glorious Goodwood when finishing 17th of 18 in the Class 2 UBS Goodwood Stakes. Over the jumps he hasn’t shown enough to suggest that he will stay the 3m trip, only attempting it once which was on his last start over hurdles where he didn’t seem to stay. This race looks slightly easier but he will still need to improve to feature here.
