It is the other way around - you derive 1x2 odds from correct scores percentages you produce. However if you know fair odds for over under are 2.02/1.98 then you know number of expected goals: it is ~ 2.51 but you cant know other lines like 2.75 or 3.00 without specifics of game or league.
