[h=1]Rosehill Betting: The Rosehill Guineas looks a Dundeel with the Kiwi extremely hard to beat[/h]

t544_fe1_463837-its-a-dundeel.jpg ROSEHILL RACE 6 @ 3:30pm AEDT: The M.J Bale Rosehill Guineas is a 2000m Group 1 race for 3 year olds where the 1.94 favourite with Betfair is ITSADUNDEEL HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: The speed in the majority of races that FIVEANDAHALFSTAR contests are general solid. He should get his own way in front in this with TATRA behind him. It’s a bit of guesswork from there, perhaps from the good gate and the lack of other on-pacers ITSADUNDEEL can be a fraction handier in the run. HVASSTAN showed more gate speed last start at Moonee Valley and could too be handy. Looks a race where all runners will get their chance barring bad luck and track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: This looks a dead set match race between FIVEANDAHALFSTAR and ITSADUNDEEL. The latter has been absolutely terrific in his first two runs this preparation after tailing off fractionally in the spring. His first up run on a heavy track when he was near last at the turn before balancing up and sprinting hard to the line, put the writing on the wall for his dominant win in the Randwick Guineas. He was beautifully ridden on this occasion from the inside gate which didn’t look suitable on paper. The step up to 2000m is ideal, he has drawn barrier 3 which should allow him to be in touch with the leading bunch and James McDonald retains the ride. http://www.betzone.com.au/rosehill-betting-the-rosehill-guineas-looks-a-dundeel-with-the-kiwi-extremely-hard-to-beat-20130401

Re: Rosehill Betting 30/03/2013 [h=1]Rosehill Betting: Sea Siren targets more Group 1 success in the Canterbury BMW Galaxy[/h]

t541_336_4007582-3x2-940x627.jpg ROSEHILL RACE 7 @ 4:10pm AEDT: The Canterbury BMW Galaxy is a 1100m Group 1 Handicap for 3 year olds and upwards where the 3.50 favourite with Betfair is SNITZERLAND. HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: Looks a fast tempo on paper with the majority of the speed drawn wide. SNITZERLAND is probably the quickest of the on pacers so she’ll probably lead but there will be no shortage of pressure with ISABELLA SNOWFLAKE, TIGER TEES, HOWMUCHDOYOULOVEME and SEA SIREN right behind her. TITLE should enjoy nice on-pace run from the good gate while the remainder of the field settle midfield or beyond in a race where all runners will get their chance barring bad luck or track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: SEA SIREN comes into the race first up after adding to her Group 1 tally last preparation by winning the Group 1 Manikato Stakes at Weight For Age conditions. She then was a gallant 2nd down the Flemington straight behind Mental who went on to win his next start in Dubai. She’s a 3 time Group 1 winner now, has a terrific association with jockey Jim Cassidy and looks likely to get a nice run from the barrier. Her trials her have good without being pushed and she isn’t badly weighted for a mare that has done as much as she has over the past 18 months. SNITZERLAND could not have been more impressive in the Challenge Stakes. http://www.betzone.com.au/rosehill-betting-sea-siren-targets-more-group-1-success-in-the-canterbury-bmw-galaxy--20130401
