[h=1]Caulfield Betting: Kav's classy sprinter is undeniably a terrific winning chance in the Thoroughbred Club Cup[/h]

t538_220_undeniably-in-parade-ring12.jpg CAULFIELD RACE 6 @ 3:50pm AEDT: The Thoroughbred Club Cup is a 1200m Listed Handicap for 3 year olds and upwards where the 4.6 favourite with Sportingbet is READY TO RIP. HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: The speed looks ok. Ex-Western Australian trained galloper SOLSAY or GYBE probably leads. UNDENIABLY, CLUB COMMAND, and BIG BUDDIE next in line from SPEEDINESS. The remainder of the runners look to settle midfield or beyond in a race where all runners should get their chance barring bad luck or track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: Great race for UNDENIABLY who drops back to a Listed race after running two terrific 4ths in Melbourne’s premier sprinting handicaps. In the Oakleigh Plate he sat 3 wide with no cover and still boxed on to be just 1.9L from the eventual winner Mrs Onasis. He then went to the Newmarket where he was a 60/1 chance and although no match for the first three over the line, he fought on well with his light weight to beat all other runners home. Today he drops back in grade and rises in weight. Even though he rises in weight he still gets in ok with READY TO RIP in the race who has to carry 60kgs. He looks likely to get a nice run just off the speed, races well at Caulfield and has in form jockey Steve Baster on board. http://www.betzone.com.au/caulfield-betting-kav-s-classy-sprinter-is-undeniably-a-terrific-winning-chance-in-the-thoroughbred-club-cup-20130325

Re: Caulfield Betting 22nd March 2013 [h=1]Caulfield Betting: Danny O'Brien to continue his hot run of form with Xavi in the SportsEd Handicap[/h]

t539_144_737733-danny-o-039-brien.jpg CAULFIELD RACE 7 @ 4:30pm AEDT: The SportsEd Handicap is a 1700m race for 3 year olds and upwards rated between 0-82 where the 3.8 favourite with Luxbet is XAVI. HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: The speed looks ok here with GALILEO GOLD and SPELLDANCER contesting the lead, XAVI probably box seats from STONEBLACK who can be closer today and SECRET STEALTH. The remainder of the field settle midfield or beyond in a race where all horses will get their chance barring track bias and luck. RACE ANALYSIS: XAVI comes into this race after 3 good runs since returning from a long spell. All his runs this campaign have been at Moonee Valley, first over the unsuitable 1200m journey where he ran on well without every genuinely threatening. He then stepped up to 1500m where Craig Newitt speared him to the front and they went along at a solid tempo with Xavi running his rivals into the ground to win by 3 lengths. He stepped slightly up in distance next start to the 1600m where after enjoying a good run in transit he was found to be a bit flat footed under the 60kg when the sprint went on and the eventual winner slipped away and opened up what was a winning break. http://www.betzone.com.au/caulfield-betting-danny-o-brien-to-continue-his-hot-run-of-form-with-xavi-in-the-sportsed-handicap-20130325
