So this is my second attempt (hopefully successful) at running my own football lay thread. Before I get into the bets themselves, I want to point out a few rules to everyone that scans through the thread in an attempt to make it easy to understand and to ensure any bets or behaviour do NOT look suspicious. 1) I will be starting with around a £50 bank. 2) The aim of this thread will be to try and find a sustainable 'system' and take some average stats per lump of bets for future reference. 3) I will be using ALL FORM of football bets. Teams to win, correct scores, HT/FT, Over and Unders, Corners etc. 4) Most if not ALL bets will come during in-play games. 5) I am inpatient and so, when a bet of mine wins I generally cash out at 10p or so less than potential profit so that I can bet in play again. 6) There is NO limit on bets per day, in or out of play bets, leagues, times, dates. 7) This is the full no holds barred. 8) I will provide picture proof if required or asked by a moderator to do so, I wont do this on my own for every bet because of the excess time. 9) The thread may become a little confused at times because of the cashing out early and quick changes of bets. 10) I have a tiny patience threshold, sometimes I may place a bet and cash out if im not so confident 20 mins later. 11) These are my betting habits, and I'd appreciate constructive criticism - not abuse. 12) If you aren't keen on my performance/style/layout - then feel free to pop in and not do so again. (Mentioning this, because I am a rather messy betsman). 13) This is a pure trial, it may work, it might not do. 14) Sorry to seem negative above ^ I just dont tend to follow many other betting styles. 15) Hope you enjoy! **rule** 1) Any profit made on initial stake counts as a WIN 2) Any bet that returns exactly it's stake is VOID 3) Any bet that makes a loss is LOST

Re: Football Lays - Any bet. 2. Is there any aim at all? It's pointless without some form of target. 5 and 10 are the same statement. 8. Goes without saying, covered in the rules. 11 and 12. You may get one or two visitors, having more or less just invited them. Some bold words, some rather on the harsh side. Please do your best to keep things tidy.

Re: Football Lays - Any bet. 2) You could probably say the aim, is to find a new system that's somewhat more sustainable than most, using the lay system. Perhaps to reach a milestone of form in both bankroll and consecutive bets in a row. 11 & 12) That's simply because this style of betting isn't welcomed by some. Some people want a theory, or an proper scheme/aim to be stuck with. Like I said, this is more of a real glory hunt and perhaps a 'trial' or source for a new system. I will probably edit a few in the above again to make them sound a little less harsh & include aim.

Re: Football Lays - Any bet. So Warsaw miss a 75th minute penalty and I half cash out with a loss, leaving my bank at £22.84. With half my liability still on, chance to take another £8 at the moment, but ill leave as Warsaw have just gone 2-1 up in the 80th minute, which is frustrating to say the least! Re: Football Lays - Any bet. Rotherham 1-1 Grimsby Reserves 70 minutes* In play. It's wave after wave of Rotherham attack and after the 1st half I didnt expect Grimsby to score. I have however, cashed out at exactly the amount I put in, just because if it goes 2-1 which looks likely then anything can happen in the last few minutes as Grimsby look to go all out to equalise, leaving themselves open at the back. After making a mess of your first 'attempt' and having it deleted I thought you might sort it out. How wrong I was. The opening post here has been like a catalogue of errors with the last added edit being almost comical. As a Moderator I see the edited versions so the changing bets angle is not in question. Please get rid of the overall mess of your posts as this thread will be going nowhere.

Re: Football Lays - Any bet. If you can describe how to make it a little more tidy I'd appreciate it. I will type my bank from now on, but other than that I see no way of showing me 'cashing' out and showing that without people wanting screenshots and the like, which take far too long. Craig's thread is identical to this except for 1) He doesnt cash out which is his option and 2) He doesn't show copy and paste's of his bank. If that's the way forward, its less bother for me so I'm happy to do so. Considering this is an open 'glory hunters' section, there is rather a lot of 'thread policing' that's way, way over the top IMO and that's putting it far more politely than a thread I read not too long ago.

Re: Football Lays - Any bet. All I'm trying to do is tidy up this section and stop if from becoming a dumping ground, as was mentioned by another Mod recently. You asked me previously about how to do things and I've tried to answer the question without actually doing it for you. You can't sort your own thread out by comparing it with other members 'errors'. If they transgress I will drop in a 'gentle reminder' as I try to do with a few others on here. Sadly, this 'gentle reminder' doesn't always work first time and therefore further comments are required otherwise it's a waste of time doing the first one. We had one member on GH who recently had a ban for something along similar lines. He has returned to the fold and now does things in a manner more beneficial to the section.

Havent u still counted the void bet? Whenever ive had a void bet it gets scrapped altogether and you dont count it, you should be on bet 5 not 6. Dont mean to be on your case but to me no point of you saying its void if your going to count it like its a winner.

Re: Football Lays - Any bet. Yeah like I pointed out in the OP, I kind of wanted to stamp my own thread on the GH section and do things my way, no matter how against the grain they were. It doesn't seem to be going down so well at the moment, but I'll keep it going until it get closed or I lose my bank. I find things like stats after 100 bet pretty interested to be honest, always good to analyse at the end. Cheers.
