[h=1]Caulfield Betting: All Too Hard and King Mufhasa look the testing material in the first Group 1 of the year[/h] t483_bb4_972901-all-too-hard-pierro.jpg CAULFIELD RACE 7 @ 4:30pm AEDT: The Sportingbet C.F. Orr Stakes is a 1400m Weight For Age Group 1 race for 3 year olds and upwards where the 2.4 favourite with Bet365 is ALL TOO HARD. HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: Speed looks pretty good here with LE REMAS, KING MUFHASA and CALLANDISH all pushing towards the lead. LE REMAS will probably end up leading with the other two sitting just off him. DANCE WITH HER will most probably come across from the wide alley and sit handy to the speed. The rest of the field settle midfield or beyond in a race where all runners will get their chance barring bad luck or track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: First Group 1 race of 2013 and not a bad field has been assembled. ALL TOO HARD looks the next big thing in Australian racing. Last preparation he got it all right at the ideal time and went within a whisker of winning the Cox Plate after his Caulfield Guineas triumph. The 1400m first up will be much more suitable than last preparations first up task over the 1100m. He seems to race lengths better the Melbourne way of going and he could be the beneficiary of a solid tempo here today. He is also superbly weighted with the 3.5kg advantage on the field being a 3 year old. http://www.betzone.com.au/caulfield-betting-all-too-hard-and-king-mufhasa-look-the-testing-material-in-the-first-group-1-of-the-year

Re: Caulfield Betting 9th Feb 2013 [h=1]Caulfield Betting: Flashy Fella set to relish the 2000m of the BMW Melbourne Handicap[/h] t484_def_012568-flashy-fella.jpg FLEMINGTON RACE 1 @ 12:50pm: The BMW Melbourne Handicap is a 2000m race for 3 year olds and upwards rated between 0-89 where the 3.8 favourite with Sportsbet is FLASHY FELLA. HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: Doesn’t appear to be much speed on paper here. ZLATAN will lead unopposed, FLASHY FELLA, RED EYE SPECIAL and probably DAYITA handy with WHISPER DOWNS not too far away. The remainder of the field settle midfield or beyond in a race where the on-pacers look advantaged. RACE ANALYSIS: This looks a terrific race for FLASHY FELLA to open his winning account for the preparation. He comes into this race 3rd up from a spell after two very encouraging runs. First up he showed some nice gate speed for the first time in his career, he settled handy over the unsuitable distance of 1400m and boxed on well to finish 4th. He then stepped up to 1600m at Moonee Valley, he settled midfield in an on-pace dominated race before running on strongly over the concluding stages to finish 2nd. He was held up cornering in this race and arguably could have won or finished a closer second. Today he steps up to 2000m which looks his pet trip, draws the perfect barrier to land just off the speed and gets champion jockey Glen Boss doing the riding. Boss is 1 win from 1 start on the Moroney trained galloper and that was a race at this track over this trip last March. http://www.betzone.com.au/caulfield-betting-flashy-fella-set-to-relish-the-2000m-of-the-bmw-melbourne-handicap
