Re: BBOTD Monday 14th January 2.20 - Wolverhampton - Woodland Fleur @ 10/1 Bet365 Going to go with another handicap debutant tomorrow who i think will be up to winning off her opening mark. Woodland Fleur was unplaced in her 3 maidens but wasnt beaten all that far in her last 2 runs. She has been handed a mark of 55, getting her into a weak class 6 race and she should prove better than that mark over time in my opinion. Looking back over her latest run which was here at Lingfield over 5f, she didnt shape too badly, she was fairly slowly away and although never really threatening to even place she ran on okay down the straight without much encouragement and the step back up to 6f looks as if it will suit. Drawn in stall 1 tomorrow with Jimmy Quinn taking the ride, he's been getting a couple of winners of late and is 2-6 for this yard, Trainer Tony Carroll hasnt started the year off too badly either. Double figure odds look fair and if the money came it would certainly be interesting.
