5.20 Kempton Gabbiano is lightly raced and caught the eye on penultimate start when not getting any luck in the run around here over CD, didn’t back that effort up 7 days later and now been off track for nearly 200 days so clearly something wrong you would assume and can nowonly be watched but is of interest. Lastkingofscotland finally got the deserved win after a string of placed efforts, but perhaps won a bit easy and pushed up 7lb and has always struggled off that sort of mark worth taking on. Alnoomaas recorded 3 victories very quickly in September, was given a break after a poor display off a mark of 72. Showed enough to suggest he can remain competitive throughout the AW season off this sort of mark at Lingfield but didn’t strike as a next time out winner but still open to more improvement. Gung Ho Jack may just be held by the handicapper at present he didn’t score with much to spare penultimate start up 2lb for that effort and struggled last time out at Lingfield, has also ran two awful races here and wide draw no help. Guest Book has a lot to prove at this trip and back from a break too. Fortrose Academy scored on penultimate start but was another that didn’t look to have much to spare and although not best placed in the race last time out he did struggle but could be better around here than lingfield also up another 1lb today. Belle Bayardo is far too bigger price, he is up 5lb for scoring last time out but scored with some authority, this is a stronger race but he is in at a low weight. He is well drawn again and as game as they come with a real game strong rider in the shape of Luke Morris and should outrun his price. 1pt e/w Belle Bayardo 12/1 bet365 6.20 Kempton Crowning Star proved largely consistent last year in claimers and a few handicaps aswell, mark perhaps on the high side though now and not been seen since April and probably gonna struggle off top weight. Diplomatic won off a 3lb lower mark 3 races back better last twice than perhaps figures suggest but wide draw not helpful here and this mark is perhaps on the high side. Ellie In The Pink didn’t progress last season as perhaps her profile would have suggested, has tumbled in the weights and now 4lb below last winning mark, shaped much better last time out for new yard backing that effort up would see her going close under professional handling aswell this time. Zaheeb is the most interesting at a decent price. He has slipped back down the weights and showed a much better effort last time out off a 2lb lower mark than winning mark, up 1lb for that effort and still 1lb below last winning mark. Extremely well drawn for a front runner and Luke Morris an eye catching booking given Harris also has a runner in the field and he has chosen this one! 2pt win Zaheeb 6/1 bet365

Re: Flat Racing 2nd Jan 2013 Dubai Story - Has an entry today in the 5:10 at Wolves and also has an entry for tomorrow in the 2:50 at Lingfield, this 4yr old filly MUST be watched in the market. Its only her 2nd run, she fell out the stalls on Boxing day and wasn't given a hard time by jockey D.Sweeney, today and tomorrow the filly has two female riders down for the steering.
