[h=1]Flemington Betting: You Think So gets his chance to make it three on end in the Bitalli Handicap[/h] t444_216_36.large.jpg FLEMINGTON RACE 2 @ 1.20pm AEDT: The Bitalli Handicap is a 2550m race for horses rated between 0-89 where the 3.30 favourite with Centrebet is WARATONE. HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: Doesn’t look much speed at all in this. Perhaps PERGOLA can take up the running from APRES and CRAFTY CRUISER. YOU THINK SO is versatile, he may go forward as he did last start as might ALMODOVAR. The rest of the field will settle midfield or beyond in a race where all runners should get their chance barring bad luck and track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: Nothing would surprise here but it’s hard to look passed winning form. YOU THINK SO has won 3 out of his last 4 races and is finally showing the promise he displayed as a young horse. His last two wins admittedly against weak fields have been with some authority and I think he can take the next step to win a race like this. He drops 1kg in weight on his last start romp and can position on-pace or midfield depending on the tempo. http://www.betzone.com.au/flemington-betting-you-think-so-gets-his-chance-to-make-it-three-on-end-in-the-bitalli-handicap-

Re: Flemington Betting 22nd December [h=1]Flemington Betting: Go The Knuckle to make his Melbourne debut a memorable one in the Red Tempo Handicap[/h] t445_5de_699225-go-the-knuckle.jpg FLEMINGTON RACE 4 @ 2:40 AEDT: The Red Tempo Handicap is a 1000m open handicap for 3 year olds and upwards where the favourite is GO THE KNUCKLE who is 3.7 with Bet365 HOW THE RACE WILL BE RUN: Looks high speed on paper with UNIQUE QUALITY, THE SOILDER, and PAARATTE PAT all fighting for the lead with WINTER KING just off them. HOTHAM HEIGHTS settles next in line while the rest of the field will settle midfield or beyond in a race where all horses should get their chance barring track bias and luck. RACE ANALYSIS: Despite the big weight without a claiming apprentice GO THE KNUCKLE looks the one to beat here. He seems the only horse on the up in the race and has by far the strongest form lines. He is first up today for the Robert Smerdon stable after crossing over from Adelaide. Last preparation he resumed with an impressive win over 1000m before just getting pipped by talented mare Celebrity Girl. He then stepped up to Group 2 level in the Euclase Stakes and stormed home over the top of Satin Shoes who has strong Group form in some high class sprints. The bar was stepped up again next start when he had his first run at open age, he was up to the challenge running a game 3rd behind Outlandish Lad and Kulgrinda. http://www.betzone.com.au/flemington-betting-go-the-knuckle-to-make-his-melbourne-debut-a-memorable-one-in-the-red-tempo-handicap
