GALBRAITH, THE SOLDIER, WINTER KING, HALLE ROCKS and ALPHA PROXIMA all push forward. KULGRINDA and CATAPULTED settle just off the speed while UNDENIABLY and ESPRIT DE BULLET will settle back in the field. Looks a race where all horses will get their chance barring bad luck and track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: Tricky race with a number of winning chances. ALPHA PROXIMA is as genuine as they come and looks good value in this event. He resumed a fortnight ago at Moonee Valley with a 1 length 2^nd behind KULGRINDA who he meets 1kg better on weights from that event. Re: Caulfield Betting 8th December [h=1]Caulfield Betting: Tykook gets an opportunity to end her run of outs in the D'Urban Plate[/h] CAULFIELD RACE 4 @ 2.50pm AESDT: The D'Urban Plate is a 1200m handicap for fillies and mares where CITY OF SONG is the 5.50 favourite with Luxbet HOW THE RACE WILL RUN: For a sprint race there doesn’t seem to be much speed at all. TARIANA will cross over to lead from TYKOOK who looks likely to get the perfect run in transit. ACES AND ANGELS settles next and perhaps SPOT ON MAGGIE can be a touch more prominent from barrier 3 and 51kgs on her back. The remainder of the field settle midfield or beyond in a race where the on-pacers look advantaged. RACE ANALYSIS: TYKOOK looks well suited here by the way this race will be run and arguably has some of the best form lines to compliment that. She is 4^th up today after 3 good runs without the best of luck. She resumed over the unsuitable 955m journey to finish 2.6 lengths off Its Crunch Time who has since won a feature event in Tasmania.
