SERTORIOUS, STREETS AWAY, TEXAN WARNEY and TURNITUP all push forward towards the lead. SHENZOU STEADS, SISTER NORMA, STREAKY FELLA and INNOCENT LADY settle handy while the rest of the field settled midfield or beyond in a race where all horses should get their chance barring bad luck or track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: Super edition of the Ballarat Cup. South Australia galloper PELICANO is ticking along perfectly for this race. After winning 5 of 8 starts as a 3 year old he resumed in the Murray Bridge Cup over 1600m and stormed home from the tail of the field to finish 4th. The winner of that race was Éclair Surprise who has since come to Melbourne and won twice. He then came to Melbourne himself and after drawing wide in the 1800m event he was conservatively ridden by Matt Neilson who went to near last in the field before rocketing home late to run an eye catching 3rd behind Niconoise. http://www.betzone.com.au/ballarat-betting-the-ballarat-cup-could-be-heading-to-south-australia-with-pelicano-a-terrific-each-way-chance-in-the-race
