TRANSONIC probably leads uncontested, then there are 4 fillies drawn wide who have raced on the pace in there short careers and they are FINNEGAN BEGINEGAN, IRISH TEARDROP, TYANNA and KATE. MARAATIB and SUMMERBLISS from inside alleys settle just off the pace whilst race favourites ZYDECO and DEAR DEMI settle back in the field. The lack of pace may play into the class horses hand’s as they will be closer to the lead on the turn. RACE ANALYSIS: ZYDECO looks just about a good thing in this years edition of the Oaks. She has had “Oaks Filly” written all over her since she run a barnstorming 5^th in the Edward Manifold 3 starts ago. She then went to the Thousand Guineas where again she got back in the field and stormed home into 3^rd before a dominant win in the Wakeful on Saturday.
