Hate going against the Elliott and Meade camp but i will, trainer M.Mulvany makes the trip with just the one runner and his 5yr old gelding was 2nd last time out, he was beat that day by a horse from the Meade yard with Miss N.Carberry doing the steering, however the pick today might just get the better ground he's after and show a much better account. Same jockey again today in Mr R.E O'Sullivan, its a very tricky race with some real DANGERS but the one that could give us a real race is the runner from the Pendergast stable. Returns to hurdling, and although not as good over hurdles, he is in fine form and could exploit what looks a reasonable mark of 86 over hurdles.
