ASHOKAN probably leads from KABAYAN. AMORINO and DOUBTFILLY have drawn well in barriers 3 and 4 so I expect them to be handy to the speed, YOUR SONG and possibly ALBRECHT cross over from wide gates to be not far away. SHAMEXPRESS is the mystery running in terms of the speed map. He was a leader in two of his 3 starts last preparation but was snagged back first up this preparation and put in a career best run, so he could inject some speed into the race if they want to revert back to last preparations racing pattern. The rest of the field will look for midfield spots in a race where every horse should get their chance baring bad luck or track bias. RACE ANALYSIS: First Group 1 of the racing season. NECHITA is 2 wins from 2 starts and could not have been more impressive in both her runs. She resumed at Warwick Farm with a devastating performance where she jumped well, was given time to find her feet, settled midfield and gobbled up her rivals as if they were nailed to the turf. She seemed to go to the line with something in hand and the 2nd and 3rd horses in Dear Demi and Meidung have since gone on to quinella the Group 2 Furious at Warwick Farm last week. http://www.betzone.com.au/rosehill-betting-kabayan-vs-nechita-in-first-group-1-of-the-season
