DeanK
Tasmanian galloper Banca Mo continued his outstanding form with a resounding 3 length victory in the Hong Kong Racehorse Owners Association Trophy at Moonee Valley on Saturday. The win was so impressive that trainer Scott Brunton has turned his attention to The Caulfield Cup. "He'll have a few weeks off and then we'll head towards the Caulfield Cup," Brunton said. "The horse was a bit keen early but Ben relaxed him and he didn't panic when a couple of others took off at the half mile," he said in reference to Ben Knobel cool ride on the exciting galloper. Banca Mo jumped well and Knobel positioned him in a beautiful position in the run just off fellow Tasmanian, The Cleaner who set a solid pace. At the 800m mark Bianmick and The Tiger went passed Banca Mo but compounded shortly after as Mo claimed the 3 horses ahead of him to win convincingly. http://www.betzone.com.au/the-moonee-valley-wrap-tassie-banca-on-the-caulfield-cup-path
