Last Race Form

Can anyone help me out, Where can I find out a horses last race form? Im looking for this information... Distance the race was & beaten by x amount of lengths. I know the data is available in racing post but dont really understand example Form - Race Conditions 16Gd H 6K??? What does this mean??? Is there any other site that has what Im looking for thats easier to understand? Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Re: Last Race Form 16 is the distance in furlongs - 8 furlongs in a mile so that was a 2 mile race. Gd is the ground so it was good ground. H means hurdle and 6k is the prize money to the winner. EDIT: The H or Ch (hurdle/chase) is often preceded by Md (maiden) Hc (handicap), Nv (novice) etc.
