Is there anyway of downloading days runners to spreadsheet?

Would save me soooooo much time... I subscribe to the racingpost.com and am well au fait with ATR and Racing UK websites but am unaware of anything that could help... Has anyone come across such a service or option? I guess printing the racecards out is going to be my option but just wanted to check there wasn't a better way. Thanks for your time:D

copy and paste cards from the racing post then edit spreadsheet
