statsonthegame
Re: Norwich v Man UTD > Sun 26th Feb Prediction: Man U to keep a clean sheet 2.4 @ paddypower Man United have the best defensive record away from home in the PL, they've conceded 10 in 12 games and have kept a clean sheet in half those games (v Fulham, QPR, Villa, Swansea, Everton and Bolton). They generally play tight away from home and maintain possession. Norwich have scored 3 in their last 4 at home. In games at home to Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal they managed 1 goal in total (failing to score twice). At Old Trafford they were beaten 2-0. de Gea's confidence seems to have improved of late, Jones and Smalling maybe available by then, though it's best you check closer to the time. RedDevil92
Re: Norwich v Man UTD > Sun 26th Feb Norwich-Manchester United under 3 @1,81 3/10 pinnacle Norwich have been in god form recently, managing a 4-1-1 in their last 6 PL outfits. They lost to Leicester in the FA Cup at home but have to admit that they fielded some reserves. They are currently 14 points above the relegation zone plus having the better goal difference. Their home record of 5-4-3 is ok, regarding the quality of the team. Norwich aims for higher places now and I am confident they won't go out to have an open match with much goal chances. They have 6 matches at home that went over 2,5 and 6 that went under 2,5. United has to win this match as they have seen Man City winning against Blackburn with 3:0 and being ahead with 5 points right now. Away from home United likes to control the ball and giving their opponents as less chances as possible. half of the away matches ended under 2,5 and the other half over 2,5. Furthermore Rooney is a big doubt for this match having been unable to train with a throat infection. He is without a doubt the most important player up front and without him United is definetely lacking of quality up front. SAF was pissed off with the performance of the team on thursday and should be looking for a saver defense. I expect less goals in this encounter and can see this one ending 0:1. Mustafa
Re: Norwich v Man UTD > Sun 26th Feb This bet is just for fun with some weird reasoning, so follow it at your own risk. The referee for this game is A. Marriner. The last 5 games he was in charge of finished as follows: Liverpool 6-1 Brighton Tottenham 5-0 Newcastle Arsenal 7-1 Blackburn Chesterfield 1-0 Burnemouth QPR 2-3 Sunderland 4 out of 5 games produced 5 or more goals, so I expect this game to produce goals as well. Even though Rooney will most likely miss this game the Red Devils still have some good players up front and their defense is not so solid, so goals are very likely in my opinion. Would not be surprised if it will be one of those games when the Red Devils will have come from behind. vinnyno10
Re: Norwich v Man UTD > Sun 26th Feb Can't see anything than a Man United win here. They need to keep up with City.. Norwich got beaten 2:0 at Old Trafford in the reverse fixture and gave a good account of themselves, they probably should have scored too. There is no way Norwich are going to try & defend at Carrow Road, so I can see them trying to put on a show for the fans. They're far from relegation right now and can play without fear.. United chanced their arm on Thrusday by playing the youth, which nearly backfired. Now that EL is out of the frame, the focus is back on the league. Backing overs should be a good bet too.
