What were your own personal highlights/achievements (poker related) during 2011? For me personally, I look back fondly on 2011 as follows: :D Joining Punters Lounge in Jan 2011. New friends, competitive games, chance to improve my game & a lot of forum fun & frollics. Whats not to like? :eek Playing in the UK's premier poker tour at GUKPT(Luton), GUKPT(Coventry) & Goliath thanks to the generosity of PL and sponsors BlueSq/GCasino was an almighty honour, a huge experience & confidence boost and tremendous fun. :p Achieving my first live tournament cash = 3rd in the PL-WSOP in Coventry against an extremely strong field. :\ Just missing out on a $10.5k live televised seat to appear on Late Night Poker was a little disappointing, but great fun, $40 up on the series overall and still a big personal achievement to get that far. Other events bubbled included the PBBG, GPPC & Euro Deepstack. A year of nearly. ;) Railing the likes of Slapdash, Washman, Avongirl, ThePokerPad & AndyBell in big live events & many different members in online events.
