Heart of PL Awards These are personal awards from me for the people I see who just love PL, and it's very clear to see. Poker Mod - Avongirl While Morlspin is an obvious choice he is also employed by PL as well, so has to be someone other than him. Helen always finds the time to contribute and genuinely cares what direction PL Poker is going in. I think it should be massively highlighted how well she's done in what is a male dominated environment, but that doesn't bother her at all. Also improved quite a bit on the live poker scene from what I see too. ;) I think sometimes there is a perception that the Mods just agree with everything I say, well I can certainly say that isn't correct and Helen definitely puts her thoughts forward without holding back, which is always needed and makes sure we keep progressing. Poker Member - Washman Not only he is one of PL's best poker players, but he genuinely gets involved in the forum and supports the leagues. Always one of the first to start threads, such as the Daily Winnings, Where are you playing, Poker Achievements. Also not afraid to speak his mind which I like, and we've had our disagreements but that's because we both care about the place. A great member to have as part of PL Poker. Sports Betting Mod - Froment Very new to mods but has created a massive impression in a short space of time. Again it's always about how much someone cares about PL and you can see that in their actions rather than words. Often bringing up or involving himself in discussion in Mods forum and that's very much needed or we just plod along. Just basically very involved in and outside of Mods Forum. Jovinco and Bagzi have to get a shout here too. These awards are an impossible task but I always feel they are important too. Sports Betting Member - Fishy25 There is tons of quality on PL, so again it's always a tough task to pick one. However I do pick Fishy25 this year because he's very involved across quite a few sports. His posts are of maturity beyond his 20 years with the detailed posts that he makes and with no ego attached at all, which I always love to see. There's tons of guys in ATR too that could easily take this, football forums also, but I think this guy deserves it overall.
