1.40 Kempton - Storm Runner - He's won his last three races at this grade and is a course and distance winner also. Looks to have conditions to suit again today for another good run. He will have to overcome a poor draw today and not have the benefit of a claiming jockey but trainer G Margason seems to excel at placing his charges in these type of races. He is in profit of 22.5pts to 1pt level stakes for 2011 in 4yo+ handicaps and he has 9 wins and 5 places from his last 20 runners for a level stakes profit of around 25pts.

Re: BBOTD Sun 15th Jan K1.40 Ice Cold Bex 0.5pt E/W 11/1 Ladbrokes Went down by only a neck on its only effort over c&d and that was off a 2lb higher mark. The jockey today is decent and is able to claim a further 3lb off so in effect the horse is 5lb lower than that neck second. There's bits and pieces of form before that when racing off a higher mark again which suggest todays mark is a winnable one. The horse is still relatively unexposed and looks to have every chance of being in the shake up at a double figure price.
