Handicapper potentially lenient putting him up only 5lb and the use of capable apprentice offsets that 5lb and looks the one to beat. 2pt win Whisky Bravo 13/8 bet365 1.50 Southwell Bivouac is a course specialist making it 6 wins from 13 starts last time out in a claimer, did well at the weights to suggest he is capable of winning off this sort of mark around here and should clearly come on for the first run for nearly a year and the use of an apprentice helps offset 5lb so is effectively 2lb below last winning mark and a repeat of claiming win will see him go close. 2pt win Bivouac 7/4 bet365 3.35 Southwell Minortransgression is another that has taken to this surface like a duck to water making it 3 from 3 this winter and is clearly thriving and a 6lb rise does not look excessive given the style of his win last time out beating several course specialists in the process and could easily rack up the 4 timer despite the wider than ideal draw in stall 8 (has overcome wide draws last 2 times). 2pt win Minortransgression 9/4 bet365 Because these are all short price course specialists gonna also attempt a 0.5pt Trixie to try and increase return. 0.5pt Trixie = 2pt stake
