galabob Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 Our next £100 tournament will be held on January 14th - 15th at Gala Leeds This will be £100 + £11 entry with one £50 re-buy £15,000 guaranteed prize money 10,000 point starting stack, 10,000 points for the re-buy. 40 minute clock, 2 day event. play to level 12 on Day 1 and finish it on Day 2 There will be running antes from level 6 onwards. There has been some discussion among the poker staff as to whether there should be antes on the final table. The idea being to give more play in the final.I would be interested to hear what the poker playing public think of this, good idea or bad? have your say! Tournament poker without antes totally sucks. If having antes will make the final table go too fast then there is something fundamentally wrong with the structure of the tournament, given that it's 40 minute blind levels.
