Something bothered me over the weekend... In finance, the efficient-market hypothesis (EMH) asserts that financial markets are "informationally efficient". To get things going,I would like to point out that it is actually quite usual for a bookie to have a 12X price that is bigger than betfairs price but I dont think it follows that this means the bookies price is value... So far as betfair prices on all markets are concerned I can tell you that I am 99% certain that there are some spectacularly wrong prices available. Indeed I expect 80% of my profit from soccer(not inc antepost) to come from betfair!(not inc tips I get from services)
