About the Sponsorship Package

• Sponsorship package is for UK and European Poker tournaments, and includes tournament buy ins only.
• Players will be required to wear Genting Poker branded clothing / patches, which adhere to with the relevant tournament's rules.
• Players will also be required to write a c. 300 word article before the tournament, and one following the tournament.
• The player will be required to pay 30% of any winnings from the tournament to Genting
• The player will agree to their name and images being used in PR and on our website and in any way Genting sees fit.

Terms and Conditions

1. This is a fun promotion, and no liability or compensation will be offered should a Home Game get cancelled or start at the wrong time. It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure his / her Home Game runs as planned.
2. Only Home Games which attract 5 or more paying players between 15/08/2011 and 30/09/2011 will result in points being awarded.
3. We reserve the right to disqualify any player or players who we feel are acting contrary to our goodwill and not acting in the spirit of this promotion.
4. The date and time of the Online Pro Home Game qualifier is set, and no alternative prize will be offered should a qualified player be unable to play on that date at that time.
5. The date and time of the Pro Home Game is set, and no alternative prize will be offered should a qualified player be unable to play on that date at that time, players will only receive the £500 spending money when they arrive at The Palm Beach Casino, so none attendance will result in forfeiting all prize monies.
6. No cash alternatives are available for any elements of this promotion.
