Has anybody tried this as a strategy?

I am interested to see if anybody has trying backing 0 - 0 from the start of matches then laying when the odds shorten. If they have had any sucess with this as a model? The method is also based on the under 2.5 goals being the favourite and the teams having low goal averages. There is an element of luck about this and judging when to get out is key, greed can take over. e.g Haka V Kyps Backed 0-0 at 12.5 layded stake back 7.00. I just fortunatley took my money back by laying before a goal was scored by Haka against Kyps (45th minute), but did not take the profit as I was waiting for half time. Thanks, Al

Re: Has anybody tried this as a strategy? yes i have done this and have made a profit. i would have thought that this would be one of the 2 or 3 most obvious ways to try to profit from soccer betting.
