They face the Sea Eagles who do have a much better defence, and can score, though they too have had some problems scoring so far. At their home ground, they are tough to beat and find it hard to see the Panthers, with their current form, keeping this close Broncos @ 2.20 centrebet The Broncos have been consistent and with a defence that gives little away, they can contain the likes of Farah and Marshall. The Tigers have their injuries which has weakened their side this year, and though they have showed on occasions, they are far too inconsistent for my liking. The Broncos will chip away at them with their defence and close down the spaces, and then with the ball, they will use their backs out wide to punch holes in this Tigers defence. Like them to bounce back here at home with a win against a side they have beaten 10 out of the last 11 games when playing at Cronulla. The Cowboys have won 2 straight games and have been playing well but their poor form on the road, and especially at Cronulla steers me away from them, as the Sharks should be a much more committed side playing at home on a Saturday night where they tend to do well. Bulldogs -6.5 @ 2.02 centrebet Simply, the Bulldogs are playing well and have been consistently good, while the Rabbitohs have been inconsistent, and when they are poor, they are having a shocker. Doubt that it will change here given that thye are still not playing as a team, while some dumb decision making has cost them points. As for the Bulldogs, they keep it simple and eliminate the mistakes while plugging away at the opposition, and like them to get good field position from the Rabbitoh's mistakes. Though Dugan and Tongue return, they will need to lift considerably to beat a Knights side that is on form, and looking to win, at a place where they have struggle to do so in the past, losing 13 of their last 15 games in Canberra. With Mullen and Gidley playing the way they are, like them to lead them to a win here Eels -3.5 @ 2.75 centrebet Not much separates the two sides as they both have some decent players in the backline while both packs are pretty good. The loss of Hayne is huge for the Eels as he is their spark in attack, but like them to bounce back after somehow imploding after leading 14-0 against the Bulldogs. Expect them to be much more focused here, and determined to carry on with the job. The Titans have a good record against the Eels but do not usually travel well, and with a big crowd likely at home, believe the Eels will be there to give them a good win in front of their fans. Dragons -9.5 @ 2.09 centrebet Too much off field drama here for the Roosters and doubt that they can remain focused to do the job on the consistently very good Dragons. They have lost Carney once again, as well as Watts, due to incidents off the field, and now have to find a way to reverse their form against a side that keeps chipping away at the opposition.
