The first 4 days of the week are bringing low or high loss for the week. After 9 weeks I am decided to abandon the first 4 days of the week, so there will be no more selections until the week-end. Until now the system proves to be a success (only in week-ends) :clap. This is the 3rd week-end in a row that we end on profit. A good yield for the week-ends. I will continue this way for a while now, until I think of making another change to the system.

Let's hope the good run doesn't end here. :ok I'm still not sure if this is a proven system yet so I'm not saying that it's ready to bet on. So anyone that wishes to follow the system should be careful and also know that they do this at their own risk. I haven't seen a full red week-end so I'm waiting for something like this. Hy. Well I don't bet, yet, on this system. I also noticed that, but I never followed to see if it would show any profit (first Half Goal). It could probably lead to something. I know that there are leagues that show a lot of loss, like Turkish 1. Lig and others, but as I am trailing this one, I've decided to take as many leagues as possible, and maybe at the end of the season to try to rule out some in which my system performs poor. But as I was thinking to do this, there also appeared the idea that not all seasons are the same. As an example the France Ligue 1 and even the France National showed a lot of profit this season, meaning a lot of games on OVER that my system pointed out. But if you look at the statistics there is definitely an increase for the OVERS, producing also an increase on picks and also good results. I am still thinking and playing with my system to see if I can change other things. You should bet careful if you follow my selections. As I said it ain't a proven system yet. (although if I take all the selections from when I started following it will be over 550 matches already :ok, a good number, and a good yield standing at 8.783%)[url=http://www.soccerway.com/national/turkey/lig-a/]

That is something pretty easy to explain: when I feel it. Yes, I know it does sound stupid, but this is the truth. I felt this system is good since the 4 week (since I started it) it brought profit - but I refrain myself on saying that this is a safe system with "loud voice". I mean I am the only one who knows how the system works, what kind of stats it analyze, how it performs, what can be changed and what surprises it brings. I don't know how to explain this in words, you just have to feel it. Until now it does look good, and after 500 matches (not all posted here - just 183) some would say that it is proven. Well I have already answered that in another thread (http://forum.punterslounge.com/f21/when-can-system-considered-have-proven-itself-123396). I'll just paste what I've posted if you are interested: (if you're not interested you can skip it :p)

When a system can be considered to have "proven" itself? This is the million dollar question. If we could answer this with ease then we would be, at least rich, if not millionaires. You could actually profit at maximum from your system, cause as fast as you can get to this conclusion the sooner you can start betting and catch the good results (assuming your system has a + yield). So yeah I think it is pretty hard to say this. The only fact that could contribute to the answer would be: consistency, meaning you either have a constant yield or a constant S/R over a period of time. IMO this should be enough even for a single season, cause if your system has proven profitable enough (I don't know the avg yield but I would say something above 6% - 7%, should be good, but above 10% should suffice). Also an important factor should be the bad run that any system encounter: you must see how long is and how often it happens. But if you still end on profit than this should mean that your system is taking care of this and even bring you profit. Why could you actually believe that since this season was profit the next will be the same? After all past results are no guarantee for future results, or so is the saying. Well how did your system manage to give this results? Any method your system has used, a whole season of profit can't be called "the beginners luck". O the other hand you have to trust your system; after all you are the one who made it, you saw how it went, what are is weaknesses, it's strong points, you know everything about it. Analysing it's past performance carefully you should be able to say that you trust your system, this is the case if you had a profit at the end of the season - a number that would please you. So after a lot of talk, and probably a lot more that wasn't said, my own conclusion is that: YOU are the only one who could say when you are CONFIDENT enough to start betting on YOUR SYSTEM. If you think that someone else could say this for you, you are wrong. Also there wouldn't be possible to actually be a generalized idea of length/limit/yield/nr. bets that would be applicable to any system that is out there. This is impossible. So you are the last barrier that stops you from believing in your system; after all would you bet on something that you believe in or in something that someone else is telling you to believe on. I, for one, would go with the first option. One more thing I want to add: it is pretty interesting to say that after 300 or 500 bets the system should be declared a sure shot. Why is that? Isn't this the same as "results from the past are no guarantee for future results"? I think it is. You can have 3-4 seasons on row when your system brings profit and on the 5th, when you finally decide that it's TIME to bet, you get the bad one, the one that would put you in red. It could be the other way round, but that would be the best fact to happen. Anyway at the end you'll realize that you've lost 3-4 seasons of good results and profits. Anyway you take it, I believe that a system can't be used for more than 5-6 seasons without changing some things on it, as a lot of factors will differ. Please don't get me wrong, I agree with the saying "results from the past are no guarantee for future results", but if you believe it too much, then you'll never be able to move on. You actually need to believe in you, that you can stay concentrated, self-disciplined, self-confident and you are able to deal with the ambiguity. All these combined with a profitable system will get you further.

In the end I could say from the first week that a system is proven or I can never say it. I am the one that decides. The system, after all works as I dictate it to. :D This is my opinion.

For games in Iran,Greece,France 1,France National which show an increase in overs this season these Asian bookies offer interesting first half lines of 0,75 in some of these games. The non selection of games during the week is something i don't understand,if you've got a selection does it really matter if the game is played on a tuesday or a saturday? 2 months ago i had a bad run 3 fridays in a row.It just happens.Just have confidence in your picks;)

Well it seems it does matter when it's played. During the week there are more games played in less known leagues, in which the "factor of surprise" is something usual, meaning games going OVER or UNDER without any explanation. Believe me, I wanted to have a system that selects games for the whole week, but it didn't work. So even if I wanted something, I must grab what's best, and until now it seems that the week-end is the "king". I've knew from the beginning that I won't be able to make a system that will survive in that form, so I had to make a generalized one and work on it. Anything happens in a way that you can put in a formula. So that's what I had to do. During the week it seems that my system performs poorer than I've anticipated. Really I don't know why, but this is a fact. I have already 10 weeks that prove this fact. I want to improve my system and make it so that it can last.

Let me know what leagues you are missing and I'll consider them. I'm adding leagues on request.

Hy. Thanks for the help. I have already found a site that has what I need: the fixtures for the next day in way that I can manipulate them in excel. That was what I was looking for. I don't want to sound off, but I won't need anything more. But if you want to improve your site, you always can add new leagues. One by one, until you've covered almost all of them. ;) There are many leagues in many countries that I follow (aprox 60 leagues). I don't want to ask you to do something that I won't use. Hope I didn't make myself misunderstood.

The bookmakers are quickly in dropping the odds in all leagues. They are pretty good at taking cover. Damn, this makes me sick :puke. They are so fast and also good at adjusting the odds, that it is hard to get some value :eek. I've noticed this especially in France (all Leagues), where this season was a magnificent one, but the bookmakers soon got on it and I was able to see odds for OVER at lower that 1.90 :eek:eek:eek:eek. Never seen something like this. Also there is a team in Italy Serie B, that in all their matches the odds for OVER are a little bigger than 1.50 :eek:eek:eek:eek. Unbelievable this bookmakers.

Yep I've seen them. :eek:eek:eek And if you believe me, my system only picked one single selections that was OVER 2,5 but UNDER 3,5. The rest of them were anyway flagged as risky selections and with no value in the odds. This is what I meant by "less known leagues" having the element of surprise.

Thanks for the selections UMD,i'm with you on quite a few first half overs. Once again our friends from Turkey let us down.It was another lacklustre display by especially Fenerbahce,they hit the post in the first half but other than that it was another terrible game of football:cry Wish you goodluck this weekend mate.

Yep you're right - this is Turkey, when they score I can't predict, when they won't score, same. I hope that at the end of this season to be able to limit the leagues in which to search for matches, or maybe in the winter. :loon Thanks, I'm going to need a lot of luck for Saturday. Never had these many games in a single day. Let's hope it will end on the + side.

Re: OVER 2,5 GOALS With Statistics I think you are selecting too many games from dangerous under competitions i.e Serbia,Israel,Spain 2,Turkey,Bulgaria.My suggestion to watch a few of these games live isn't perhaps a bad idea.They play a hard defensive style of football and as long as the score is 0-0 both teams are happy with that. An example is FC Ashdod from the Israeli Premier League,they played their 7th home league game of the season.The Halftime stats are frightening. Played 7--goals for 0 goals against 0.Your losses come from the same leagues each week,my advice is just skip them and move to the South American and the Middle East leagues instead.

I know about the low performing leagues, but this is why this one is still a paper trial. Now I have the chance to test these leagues and see how good I can perform. It would be impossible for me to run back-testing on all these leagues (first of all no odds and second there are 60 leagues :eek), so I should keep this season as a back-test and at the end cut out the "bad roots". After doing so I'm sure my system would jump on yield and have less selections, but I can't do it yet. Going back to system: I didn't had a lot of time so this is why I post so late. Sorry for the delay. I looked back over the week-end and the matches and fount that the site I had the fixtures from jumped the whole France National fixtures from Friday, and unfortunately I had a selection, more unfortunately is that the selection was a loss. So I want to ask a mod/administrator if I can include it (since it is a loss and this is a paper trial) or just leave it as it is??? Really I'm amazed how I could overlook this, but I guess the problem is that if I analyze the matches for tomorrow, I don't like to look at the results match by match and just wait until all matches have finished and then look at all of them. I should recheck the fixtures. I'll post the results for the selections I've posted here, and later, if a mod allows it, I'll repost them as they should be.
