overall 7-3 +3.64 units Twins @ 2.16 bet365 Twins are underachiving at the moment, but I like this price on them. Rays won 2 games against Red Sox and that is reason why bookies took them for favorites. Shields usually pitch better at home, but I dont rate him much better than Pavano. Pavano had bad start against Blue Jays, but come back with great performance against A's where he allowed 1 ER in 8 innigs. Twins really have much better lineup than Rays, and hope that Rays will continue to struggle to score at half empty Tropicana.

Re: MLB: April 14th picks NY Yankees - Baltimore over 10.5 @ 2.00 pinnacle Hughes has struggled in his two starts so far, as he has allowed 11 runs on 12 hits, and is coming off allowing 6 runs in the 9-6 loss at Boston. He faces a Baltimore line up that is hitting the ball well, and like them to score some runs here. They send out Arrieta to face the Yankees and he is coming off allowing 8 runs in the 13-1 loss to Texas. The Yankees bats too are warming up, and they are more than capacle of scoring some runs here. Pittsburg - Milwaukee over 8.5 @ 1.97 pinnacle Maholm is coming off allowing 5 runs in the 7-1 loss to Colorado and he faces the Brewers who have a decent record against him, as he is 3-6 with a 4.53 ERA in 17 starts against them. Opposing him is Wolf who has allowed 6 runs in each of his first 2 starts. While he is 8-3 with a 4.35 ERA when playing Pittsburgh, he did go 0-2 with a very high 11.00 ERA in his 3 starts against Pittsburgh last season. Could see some runs here. Kansas -1.5 @ 2.56 pinnacle Chen starts for Kansas and he has been very good for them in his first 2 starts, as he allowed just 3 hits in the 3-1 win over Detroit on Saturday. He has received run support in both of his games, and has pitched well against Seattle in the past, going 3-0 with a 2.27 ERA in 6 starts against them. Fister pitches for Seattle as he allowed 2 runs in the 2-1 loss to Cleveland. While he has pitched well for them, he has received 1 run of support in each of his two games. Fister is 0-1 with a 4.50 ERA in 2 starts against Kansas, and unless he gets some run support, then doubt he wins this one, as Kansas have been hitting well for Chen. April picks: 15-22 (-2.20)
